You cannot automate a process that doesn't exist. Systemizing is the act of turning "how we do things" into a repeatable, documented workflow.
What we do
- Map the Process: Write down every step of a task. If a human can't follow the instructions, an AI certainly can't.
- Standardize: Ensure everyone in the organization is doing the same task the same way. Consistency is the "language" that AI understands.
- Identify Friction: Look for bottlenecks. Systemizing allows you to see exactly where a human is being slowed down by "grunt work" that an AI could handle.
